Support
Need help?
Everything reaches the same inbox, and a human reads it. There is no ticket portal, no phone tree, and no chatbot named after a woodland animal.
Response time
We aim to reply within two business days. If something is broken badly enough that you are annoyed, say so in the subject line and it moves up the queue.
What to include
None of this is required, but each item roughly halves the number of emails it takes to sort things out:
- Which app or product you are writing about
- The version number, if you can find it
- Your device and OS version — for example, iPhone 16, iOS 26.1
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual
Refunds and billing
Purchases made through the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple, not by us. Refund requests go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you believe that is a mistake, email us anyway and we will see what we can do.
Privacy and your data
Questions about what we collect and how we handle it are answered on our privacy policy. Requests to access or delete your data can be sent to the same support address.
Business inquiries
Partnerships, investment conversations, and anything that is not a support request are welcome at the same address. Put something descriptive in the subject line and it will find its way to the right place.
